Ingredients
- Ingredients for frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups sifted flower
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 cubes butter (1/2 lb)
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp soda (add this to sour cream)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cub butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 box powered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup tiny marshmallows

Directions for the cake:
In large bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. In small heavy pan, bring butter, water and cocoa to boil. Take from heat and add immediately to dry ingredients. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix until well blended. Batter will be very thin. Pour into a greased and floured 10 ½ x 15 ½ pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375. Do not over bake. Ice while warm.
Directions for the frosting:
Boil butter, mike and cocoa until bubbly. Mix in nuts, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Just before you pour onto the cake add the marshmallows (they melt quickly). Spread over the cake while it is still warm (about 5 minutes after you have removed it from the oven).
