- 100 g unsalted butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml double cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp cacao
- optional: sweetener to taste (xylitol)
- whipped cream
- raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate together on low heat, add the cream.
Whick the eggs until light and fluffy. Pour the chocolate mixture into the eggs. Add seeds from vanilla pod, cacao and, if using, sweetner.
Pour into small cake tin. Bake in oven 200C for 6 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool, it's best after a couple of hours in the fridge. Serve with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
