Ingredients
- 12 oz Corned Beef
- 1 cup cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp grated onion (or onion salt)
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce or ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and use to fill Parkerhouse buns. Layer the buns in a roasting pan and place in a 350 degree oven and heat until filling is warm and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
