Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 C buttermilk baking mix
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2/3 C milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C chocolate chips
- Topping Mix:
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 C buttermilk baking mix
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2 square pan.
Topping:
Combine all ingredients and set aside.
Cake:
In large bowl, combine mix, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla. Beat on low until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium until smooth.
Pour half of batter in pan. Sprinkle chips over, then top with remaining batter, covering chips completely.
Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely, then cut into squares.
