Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 Box cake mix (yellow for lemon or red velvet)
  • 2 Packages instant pudding (lemon for lemon, vanilla for red velvet)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Milk (red velvet) or Apricot Nectar (Lemon)
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla or 3 TBS Lemon
  • (1 C chocolate chips for red velvet)
  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 3-4 C Powdered Sugar
  • 2-4 tsp Vanilla (or Apricot Nectar)

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes

Cool, and ice!
