Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 Box cake mix (yellow for lemon or red velvet)
- 2 Packages instant pudding (lemon for lemon, vanilla for red velvet)
- 4 eggs
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Milk (red velvet) or Apricot Nectar (Lemon)
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla or 3 TBS Lemon
- (1 C chocolate chips for red velvet)
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
- 1/2 C Butter
- 3-4 C Powdered Sugar
- 2-4 tsp Vanilla (or Apricot Nectar)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
Cool, and ice!
