Ingredients

  • 3 - 16 oz. cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small jar pimentos chopped & use juice
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 3 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded & chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Italian dressing (make your own with oil & vinegar if you like)
  • 1 cup salsa (hot or mild - your choice)
