1-2-3 Chocolate Cake (non-Geb) (Needle)

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 1 1/2 C oil
• 1/2 TB. baking soda
• 3/4 C cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 C potato starch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. In large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, The add sugar and oil.

3. Add remaining ingredients, beating until well mixed.

4. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for i hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Bake 9x13 pan for 45 min at 350.
