Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce like Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons peeled & minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons red jalapeno or other fresh red hot chili, seeded & thinly sliced on diagonal

Preparation
Step 1
In small, non aluminum bowl whisk together vinegar, soy sauces, warm water, sugar, sesame oil and chili sauce until sugar dissolves. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and chili. Use immediately or cover & refrigerate for up to 2 days.
