Ingredients
- 4 oz cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
- 3 oz light cream cheese
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 8 oz mandarin oranges, drained well
- 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 C roasted red peppers from jar or can, drained well
- 1/2 C cashews, chopped

Step 1
- Spread 1/4 of cream sceese on each tortilla; layer with 1/4 of chicken, oranges, pineapple, onions, pepper and cashews
- Roll tightly and serve
