Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi sweet choc
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 tsp wine , opt
  • 1/2 c shredded coconut
  • 2 C cake crumbs
  • 4 T sugar
  • ground nuts, choc shavings to coat

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt choc and oil in double boiler until smooth

2. Remove from heat. stir in wine, coconut, cake crumbs and sugar.

3. Mix until well comibined.

4. Add a little water if mixture is too stiff to handle.

5. Make small balls and place on parchement paper.

6. roll in ground nuts/choc shavings until well coated.
