Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg.
Blend in butter chocolate, vanilla.
Add sugar and blend well.
Spread on top of filled eclairs.
Refrigerate.
