- Your favorite homemade marinara sauce
- or leftover Sunday Gravy
- Chicken cutlets
- Flour
- Eggs
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Grated Freshly, Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat up your sauce, keep warm. Preheat oven to 350.
Set up a dipping station for the chicken. Line up bowls of flour, lightly beaten eggs, and Italian Seasoned Bread crumbs. Dip your cutlets in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Coat generously.
Heat up some olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Brown cutlets lightly on both sides to your liking.
Spread some sauce in the bottom of your baking pan. Place chicken cutlets on top. Sprinkle some freshly grated cheese on top of that. Now add another layer of sauce. Add slices of mozzarella cheese. Add more sauce.
Place in oven till cheese is melted and gooey. Or lightly browned, however you like. Serve and enjoy.
I usually serve with side of pasta, green salad and crusty bread.
