Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - soy sauce
  • 3/4 - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - ground sage
  • 5 pounds - chicken wings

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl then add chicken wings into sauce, place into baking pan. Bake 350 for 45 minutes, then flip the wings... Make sure to flip all wings, not like I did. They will be browned good... Let cook for 15 - 20 minutes.

The baking time varies, just check after an hour.

Do not cover the wings!

Chop green onions and sprinkle over chicken when out of the oven.
