Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 large or 2 small instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 C sherry
- 3/4 C oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp almond extract
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all together. Bake in well greased and floured bundt pan for abut 45 minutes.
When done, cool, take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/3 C cream sherry. While cake is warm, puncture holes all around top and a little on the sides before glazing.
