Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups tapioca flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring milk, oil, and salt to a boil, stirring occasionlly. Beat eggs in a bowl.Once milk boils
add flour and let cool. Transfer to a mixer and add all ingredients together and mix well.
Spray down pans and hands ( butter works better than pam on your hands) and form balls
(like cookie dough balls) and bake untill golden brown.

Oven temp= 450
Time= 9- 12 until goden (i set the timer for seven minutes, check if they're golden brown, then do more minutes if they're not.)

*the oil can be switched with butter.
*When your rolling them out it can get very sticky but if you rub butter instead of pam on you hands it does not stick hardly at all
