Ingredients

  • 3 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taskte
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium bowl, comgine yogurt, orange juice, garlic, ginger, rosemary, cumin, paprika, cayenne, parsley, pepper and a pinch of salt and mix well.
2. Dip Chicken Breasts in yogurt-spice mixture until well coated. Arrange in baking pan. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
4. Bake chicken until thermometer registers 170 degrees F,30 to 40 minutes depending on thickness of breasts. Serve hot.
