ICE RINGS

PARTY ICE RING
Fill ring mold with sugar-free ginger ale. Ice melts too fast if it contains sugar. Cherries, strawberries or graps may be added. Freeze. Unmold. Place fruit side up in punch bowl.
PUNCH ICE RING:
Make ice ring from punch. It won't dilute punch.

Ingredients

• molds: Any round jelly mold or bowl is suitable for an ice ring. The shape of the mold will determine what type of decorations or design you can make. To remove frozen ice ring, run cold water over bottom. Place bottom side up in punch.
