- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. oats

Step 1
Sift flour and add salt.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture gradually. Beat in oats.
Bake at 375F for 7 or 8 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
