Chicken & Swiss Cheese Casserole
can mix stuffing,and frozen veggies (corn/peas) into soup/water/lemon juice mix save some for topping for crunchiness.

Ingredients
- 2-4 bonless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 4-6 slices of Swiss Cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 soup can of water
- Dash of lemon juice
- bag of pepperidge farm stuffing

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in pan, cover with layer of Swiss cheese. Mix soup, water & lemon juice and pour over chicken and cheese. Spread layer of stuffing over this, pushing some stuffing down into mixture. cover and bake 45 mins at 350 degrees.
Remove cover and bake 15 min more
