Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Shallot (finely minced)
- 1 Anchovy Fillet (smashed and chopped into paste)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Brined Capers (drained)
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
