Xmas - Chocolate Crackles Cookies

Great cookies to give as gifts!

Ingredients

• 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
• 11/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp coarse salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
• 11/2 cups packed golden brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup whole milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
