Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- tabasco sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 medium green pepper,chopped fine
- 4 tbsp red pimento, chopped fine

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beaten eggs, vinegar and sugar in top of double boiler, stirring constantly until slightly thick. Add butter and cream cheese in pieces, stirring until blended. Remove from heat. Add garlic, tabasco (6 drops), salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped onion, green pepper and pimento. Mix well. Put in bowls and cool.
NOTE: ripple chips are best with this dip. Garlic and tabasco can be adjusted to taste.
