Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbl cornmeal
- 3 Each eggs
- 1 Tbl vinegar
- 1 Tbl vanilla extract
- 1 Pie Crust, unbaked

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the sugar and cornmeal. Mix the melted butter and sugar mixture. While still warm add the beaten eggs, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
