Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cans bean dip
- Large bunch green onions
- 3 tomatoes (seeded, chopped and drained)
- Large can ripe olives
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- Bag of tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning - set aside. Spread bean dip in bottom of 9x13 dish. Crush avocado (in blender) with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread avocado on top of bean dip. Continue to layer in this order: sour cream mixture, chopped green onions, olives, tomatoes, cheese. Use chips to dip.
