Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 20-oz can. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 6-oz. pkg. jello (I used Black Cherry)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
After 10 minutes, remove from heat, stir in jello. Transfer to steril jars, seal with lids and process for 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
