Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed full
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- Graham crackers, broken into 48 sticks

Preparation
Step 1
Line baking sheet with wax paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay out graham crackers onto wax paper separated slightly.
Stir to melt butter & brown sugar. Bring to a full boil (you can't stir the boil out) and boil for 2 minutes, exactly.
Remove caramel from heat & stir in walnuts. Pour mixture over crackers and spread out evenly. Bake 10 minutes and remove immediately. Allow to cool then remove from wax paper (about 30 mins). Store in Tupperware tightly closed.
Note: Can sub Walnuts for peanuts or pecans.
