- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine/butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1st 4 ingredients, stir in remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Lightly butter skillet and heat over medium until bubbly.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and rotate to thinly coat bottom of skillet. Cook until lightly brown on both sides.
