Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- If making sweet crepes replace melted butter with vanilla extract.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix batter and store in fridge for 2 hours. (no need to refrigerate if omitting butter).
grease skillet & heat on medium. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and roll to thinly cover bottom of skillet. Brown, flip and brown reverse side.
Keep warm to serve hot.
