Ingredients
- Epicurious; mixed green salad with Roquefort vinaigrette (1996 Bon appetite)
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 8 oz plum tomatoes (seeded, diced)
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped and toasted pecans
- 1/2 c. Olive oil
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Roquefort cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large bowl except last three; combine oil and vinegar & season with salt/pepper. Shake to mix. Pour on salad and add the cheese crumbles and serve
