Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 to 2 red onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 3 to 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 8-oz. jar mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Top with onions, frozen peas, eggs, radishes and bacon. Spoon mayonnaise completely over top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
