Ingredients
- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
- 2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
- 2 1/4 tbs. SUGAR
- 7 tbs BUTTER,MELTED
- CAKE:
- 32 oz. WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE
- 16 oz. SOUR CREAM
- 4 oz.WHIPPED BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 tbs. PURE VANILLA
- 2 tbs. CORN STARCH
- 5 EGGS

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. GREASE AND FLOUR a 10 inch SPRINGFORM PAN. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of pan.
In a large bowl combine CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM and BUTTER. MIX WELL.
ADD, SUGAR, VANILLA and CORN STARCH. MIX WELL.
ADD EGGS ONE AT TIME, until each is fully incorporated. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
PLACE SPRINGFORM PAN IN A BAKING PAN AND FILL BAKING PAN WITH HOT WATER HALF WAY UP THE SPRINGFORM PAN.
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SET IN THE PAN WITH WATER UNTIL COOL.
