Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup frozen green peas
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped and steamed
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and saute for one minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until vegetables are coated with spices.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
