Whole Chicken
1/2 C. Butter, melted
Garlic Clove, minced
Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Wash & dry, salt and pepper inside and out, pour stick of melted butter with clove of garlic over and inside (of the bird);

Bake 400° till you hear it sizzle; turn oven down to 300° for 1 hour
