Orange rolls with cream cheese icing

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 6 TBS butter melted
- 1/4 c nonfat dry milk
- 3 TBS sugar
- 2 1/2 TBS orange zest
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- ICING
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 2 cups confectionery sugar
- 1 to 2 TBS orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl beat flour 1 cup water, melted butter, dry milk sugar zest yeast and salt with mixer at low until combined.
2. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray. Place dough in bowl turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled about 1 hour.
3.on lightly floured surface knead double until smooth and elastic, 5-7 minutes. Roll dough into a 20X12 inch rectangular about 1/4 inch thick.
4. In a small bowl stir together marmalade ginger cardamom. Spread mixture on dough. Starting at one long side roll up dough jelly roll style. Lightly moisten dough edge with water and seal. Cut into 8 equal slices.
5. Spray a 10" skillet with cooking spray. Place rolls in prepared pan. Cover and let rise until doubled 1 hour.
6. Preheat oven to 350. Bake until lightly browned, 30-35 minutes.
7. FOR ICING...IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER WITH MIXER AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL CREAMY. GRADUALLY ADD CONFECTIONERY SUGAR BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH. BEAT IN ORANGE JUICE. SPREAD ICING ONTO WARM ROLLS. GARNISH WITH ZEST.
