Ingredients
- 1.5 Lbs lean bottom round, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup habanero salsa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp ground chipotle
- 1 tsp New Mexican chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lime zest

Preparation
Step 1
Quickly brown the beef in a nonstick skillet. Add to a 4 quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the beef, Stir.
Cook on low for 6 hours, remove the cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir before serving
