Sauerkraut Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 oz can sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Scrabmle-fry hamburger and onion. Add soup, sauerkraut and pepper to meat and onion. Cook noodles until tender but firm. Add to meat mixture. Put into greased casserole. Mix crumbs, cheese and butter together. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, until browned and heated through, about 30 minutes.
