Ingredients
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup oil, preferably olive
- 1 pound romaine lettuce, well dried
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- croutons
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, garlic, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and egg white into a blending cup. With hand blender, beat until frothy and thick. Pour over torn lettuce leaves and toss with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
