Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or both combined
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 11/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients except sugar
Beat oil and sugar for 2 min. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add flour mixture, beating until blended. Mix in carrots and nuts.
Pour batter in greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
Make frosting and spread on cooled cake
