Picnic Chicken

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. buttermilk
• 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 c. corn flakes
• 1 c. bisquick
• 2 packages ranch dressing mix
• Cooking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400'. Soak chicken for 5 mins. in the buttermilk. Meanwhile, in a 2 quart ziplock bag crush the cereal with a rolling pin. Add the bisquick and dressing mix to the bag and shake to mix. Remove chicken from butter milk and coat with the cereal mixture. Place chicken on a cookie sheet and spray with the cooking spray. Bake 45-50 mins. or until juice is clear.
