Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
- 2/3 cups honey
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 T. ketchup
- 4 T. butter or margarine
- 6 T. lemon juice or vinegar
- 4 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare chicken wings, set aside.
Lightly oil a roasting pan.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Dip wings in sauce, then lay them flat side down in roasting pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, basting often. Turn wings over and bake until tops are well-browned and wings are thoroughly cooked, another 15 to 20 minutes.
