Meat Grinder Press Cookies

Aunt Katie's recipe is one of Ryan's favorites. He would always help Grandma make these at Christmas.

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb sugar
• 1/2 lb butter
• 1 lb flour (3 1/2 cups)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in the flour and baking powder.

Place dough through a cookie press. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cookies begin to become golden on the bottom.
