Potato Wedges with Parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small round red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 T buttery spread

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in water with salt in medium saucepan, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until tender. Drain. Stir in parsley and butter spread.
