Ingredients
- 3 (14-oz.) cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups diced cucumbers, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced green onion
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all in large bowl.
2. Using immersion blender, blend to desired consistency. Or using regular blender, place half of ingredients in blender, blend and return to remaining ingredients.
