- 1 8 oz.pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1-3.4 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- Fresh fruit

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & brown sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk & pudding mix, beating well after each addition. Cover & chill for at least 1 hr. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
