Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 + cups marshmallows

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375. Put graham crackers in blender to make crumbs. (A little more than half a package makes 1 cup)
2. Beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chunks and marshmallows.
3. Roll dough into balls, making sure you get a few marshmallows in each ball, and drop on greased cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on sheet about 3 minutes before cooling completely on wire racks. Makes 2 ½ dozen.
