Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 2 C. Flour
• 3/4 C. Butter
• 1 C. Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 C. Sour Milk
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Cloves
• 1 tsp. Cinamon
• 1 C. Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, butter & sugar into crumb-like consistancy. Take out 1 C. for topping. To the remainder of the mixture add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together & pour into greased 9x9-in. pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture overtop & bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
