Ingredients
- 1/2 C warm water (105-110 degrees)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 C all purpose flour, plus more for kneading
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbl olive oil, plus more for bowl

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk warm water and yeast in small bowl to blend. Let stand until yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes. Mix the flour and salt in a food processor to blend. Blend in the oil. With the machine running, add the yeast mixgture and blend just until dough forms. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 1 minute.
Transfer dough to alrge oiled bowl and turn dough to coat with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in warm draft-free area until doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Punch dough down and formn int ball.
Dough can be used immediately or stored in airtight container in refrigerator 1 day.
