Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- First layer:
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 of a 17 oz carton of Cool Whip
- Second layer:
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding
- Remaining Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crust ingredients and spread into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
Combine cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Fold in half a carton of Cool Whip. Spread onto the cooled crust.
Spread the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Spread the balance of the Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
