Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 # asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1'" pieces
- Coarse salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 TBS dijon mustard
- 2-3 TBS fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon over medium heat until brown and crisp; transfer to paper towel
2. Add asparagus to skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until asparagus is tender, about 10".
3. Remove from heat, stir in bacon, mustard and parsley.
