Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- Cracked black pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 palmful granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 quart turkey stock
- A handful of fresh herbs such as basil and parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in pepper and flour. Add garlic and red wine, and let it cook out, about one minute. Whisk in stock. Raise heat a bit and thicken gravy to lightly coat spoon. Mix in fresh herbs to finish.
